Buying Information

How to Buy -
Shopping for HP LaserJet spares and consumables couldn't be easier. Simply browse our spares shop to locate the part you need (don't forget to use the search feature) then click the relevant "buy now" button to drop the item into your shopping basket. Next, amend and confirm the quantity required (before returning to the spares shop) or proceed straight to the checkout.

While shopping you can view, edit or delete items in your shopping basket or proceed to the checkout at any time by clicking the relevant buttons. Please be aware that we have a minimum order value of £10.00 (£21.54 inc. delivery and VAT) .

When you "checkout" you will be asked for the delivery and payment details we need to complete your order. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DELTA, Switch/UK Maestro, Electron and SOLO credit/debit cards online via the Sage Pay / Protx Veri-Secure Payment (VSP) system. You also have the option of providing card details by fax, post or phone or to request a proforma invoice. Existing clients with established credit accounts need only quote an Order Number. Should the parts you require be out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Handling & Delivery Charge -
We have a standard UK mainland handling and delivery charge of just £7.95 (plus VAT) irrespective of the size or value of the goods being delivered at any one time. Non-UK mainland orders are subject to handling and delivery charges based on destination and weight. If you require non-UK mainland delivery please contact us for a quotation before placing an order.

Delivery Schedule -
Popular in stock items ordered before 16:00 on any working day will be delivered by next working day courier (UK mainland only). Small, low value items may be delivered by 1st Class post. If any items are out of stock or subject to delay we will contact you. Non-UK mainland orders will be subject to extended delivery times dependent on location.

A signature will be required by the courier driver. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.

Multiple line orders are normally only despatched when complete. However when requested we will deliver "in stock" items separately from "backorder" items but, please be aware that each individual delivery will be subject to the charges detailed above.

Tax Charges -
All goods and services shown on this site exclude VAT. All orders will be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice (currently 20%). Organisations outside the UK but within the EU have the option of receiving goods "zero-rated" provided an intra-EC trade (VAT) number and country code are supplied in the correct format - contact us for further details. All supplied numbers will be checked for validity prior to order processing.

Privacy Policy -
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Contacting Us -
click4spares is an internet based company. As such, the primary method of contacting us is by email and our enquiry forms. You may of course contact us by telephone but during busy periods it may be necessary to leave a voice message - we will return your call.
