Terms and Conditions (summary)

Affirmative Limited (t/a click4spares) sell products to both Business Customers (B2B) and Consumers (B2C) via this website and different Terms & Conditions apply, please refer to the summary below.

All goods sold on this website and elsewhere by click4spares are sold in good faith. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that before placing an order the goods requested are those required - if in doubt please check with us before placing an order. It should also be noted that spares rarely have fitting instructions and that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have sufficient skills, tools and knowledge to fit them correctly. Goods are not sold on a trial basis or to aid fault finding and click4spares accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any damage to equipment resulting from the incorrect fitting of click4spares supplied goods.

If you requested a click4spares quotation and intend to place an order for unlisted "Special Order" items using "Misc(x)" stock codes, please remember "Special Order" items are sourced specifically for YOU so they are non-returnable unless faulty. If in doubt please refer again to the quotation we sent to you via email.

Business Customers (B2B) - Terms & Conditions summary
Under Section 2(2) of the Consumer Rights Act, a business customer or 'trader' is defined as: "a person who is acting for purposes relating to that person's trade, business, craft or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader's name in the trader's behalf." This can include government departments and public sector authorities.

Returns/Cancellation Policy (B2B)
Where a business customer is not satisfied with the goods supplied and/or does not want them, they can only be returned if unopened, unused, undamaged and fully re-saleable. In the event of such returns, the customer acknowledges that they will be liable for all costs in relation to carriage, postage, and packaging. A restocking charge of 30% of the purchase price of the Goods or £20, whichever is greater will also apply. Where it is established that the supplied goods are faulty or defective, then click4spares will arrange to have them collected. The Customer will be offered replacements or a refund of any monies paid for the faulty items. Please read our full Terms & Conditions information page before placing an order.

Consumers (B2C) - Terms & Conditions summary
Under Section 2(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, a 'consumer' is defined as "an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual's trade, business craft or profession."

Returns/Cancellation Policy (B2C)
Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to cancel your order for whatever reason within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for refund, including the cost of delivery. You are obliged to return the goods to us in their original condition, undamaged at your own cost and risk, so you should take out enough delivery insurance to cover their value. You must also take reasonable care of the goods from the time you receive them until you return them to us. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount equivalent to the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from your handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We reserve the right to take action against you for goods returned which have been made unfit for resale or damaged whilst in your possession. We will act reasonably in determining the extent of such deductions. A refund will be paid within 30 days using your original payment method.

Before returning anything please contact us by email or telephone and quote the order or invoice number. We will provide you a returns number (RMA) and confirm the return address by email.
